Criteria:

• Look for out-of-favour, overlooked or misunderstood stocks.

• PE Ratio must be 40 to 60% below market.

• Modest Earnings Growth of 7 to 20%.

• High Dividend Yield.

• Total Return to PE Ratio greater than twice the current market average.

• Business well positioned strategically.

• Strong fundamentals in Sales, Earnings, Margins, Cash Flow, ROE.
