There are no chances of correction from reputed builders or in good locality.
Now what recession means there is no buyers. this is not the case in India.
If price of everything has been doubled in last 5 yrs. then it simply means construction budget also has been doubled.you can't imagine to price go to at level before 5 yrs.
Second there is no job loss in India.
Also salary of Govt employee has been avg 50% raised after 6th pay scale.same will happen to state employee also. UGC has also granted 80% salary rise for professors.
they are new potential buyers.
If someone is giving u at price before 5 yrs then its construction quality will be of third class level.
So dont be greedy buy a house with best bargain , you can't expect people to sell you house at 50% rate from which they have brought or built.
