I enquired 2 bhk flat in approx. 1130 sq.ft six months back in Kothrud City Pride area pune 6 months back. Rate quoted 4800/-sq ft. I asked builder 4400/sq.ft.He laughed at me and refused. Three days back a call from same builder,After Negotiations he is ready to give 3800/sqft if i purchse same day.I laughed at him and refused. I quote prise 3200/sq.ft.

I heard latest 3200 by Saarrthi group...But with the kind of quality of thier previous projects & feedback, I think one should only buy if they get at Rs 2000/-
Another news is
A big project is comming in Mohammadwadi, near Sasanenagar, and rate for the 1BHK is 9lac and for 2bhk it will not be more than 14lakhs, with all ammenities, like lift, pool, jogging, security etc. It was publisted in Sakal newspaper 20-30 days back, please check it. or wait for bigger crack in realty which is going to be happend within six months.
