Finally prices started falling in Kaggadasapura and CV Raman nagar area (Bangalore)..
I have been living in Kaggadasapura, Bangalore (rented flat) for last one year.
For the last six months I have been following the price movements in this area in the hope of getting a flat in my budget (less than 25 lacs).
Until last month, I could not find a decent flat, but surprisingly I started getting calls in the last one week from the builders and resale property owners whom I had visited in the last six months.
From my experience I can say prices are down by at least 20% in this area and now I have short listed some properties, which are well below my budget.
